Using the great technology of today, there are a number of things I can provide to my customers through the use of the internet and this website.
When I do business with a regular customer, information about that customer is stored on files that are available online.
A user name and password may be provided to the customer that will allow them to access their personal records which detail facts about past history involving their equipment, billing information and even photographs of work performed for verification of services needed for insurance purposes and etc.
Before and after pictures are available for reassurance when the customer is not on site to inspect work performed.
